Cookies and your choice

The website uses the necessary froger_cookie_consent cookie to remember your analytics choice for 12 months. Without consent, Google Analytics is neither downloaded nor started. You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” button in the footer.

Google Analytics

After you consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-54NEKRV4BJ) to create visit statistics and improve the website. Google Analytics may process a pseudonymous browser identifier, the visited page address and title, referrer, session identifiers and page-view events, as well as browser, device, and approximate-location information. Depending on the service settings, interactions such as scrolling, outbound-link clicks, and form-related events may also be measured. A request technically contains the IP address; Google states that it does not log or store it and, for traffic from the European Union, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom, uses it to derive approximate location before discarding it. Google Analytics sets the _ga and _ga_<identifier> cookies to distinguish users and retain session state; their default lifetime is up to 2 years and may be refreshed by subsequent measurements. We do not grant consent for advertising storage or ad personalization.

Technical data

During normal operation, the server and infrastructure providers may process technical request data such as IP address, connection date and time, requested URL, browser headers, and error information. This data is used to provide, secure, and diagnose the website.

Legal basis and retention

Analytics data is processed only on the basis of your freely given consent. Withdrawing it blocks future measurements and removes Google Analytics cookies accessible to the website, without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. In standard Google Analytics 4, the user-level and event-level data retention period is set to either 2 or 14 months and, depending on configuration, may reset after subsequent activity; this setting does not apply to aggregate reports. Technical data is processed on the basis of a legitimate interest in keeping the website secure and working correctly. Contact form data is processed to handle inquiries and communication. Logs and contact messages are kept only for as long as needed for operation, security, diagnostics, and communication related to the inquiry.

Recipients

Technical data may be processed by hosting and server administration providers. After you consent, analytics data is sent to Google as the provider of Google Analytics. While the contact page is being displayed, Web3Forms and hCaptcha scripts may process technical device data such as the IP address, browser information, and referrer, and use browser storage necessary to operate the form and its anti-spam protection. After form submission, Web3Forms also processes the data entered in the inquiry.

Your rights

Where applicable, you may request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority. You can withdraw analytics consent at any time through the cookie settings in the footer.

When the form is displayed, Web3Forms and hCaptcha may already receive technical data needed for the anti-spam protection to work. After submission, your contact details, message, and captcha verification are sent to Web3Forms to deliver your inquiry, reduce spam, and allow Froger Solutions to reply by email.
